Many of these services are complimentary and are already included as part of your annual premiums from your carriers. Many brokers tack on consulting services for a fee, it’s redundant and costly. The type of services clients have sought out from carriers include: training courses, creating manuals and procedures, setting up a safety committee, claim reviews, etc. For those clients requiring a specialized solution, we’ll work with one of our vendor partners in setting up a proper action plan and solution that makes sense for you.
Some of our carriers also have negotiated vendor discounts for things such as Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks and background checks. Other carriers may provide complimentary legal hours that they provide via a Hotline where the insured can call to speak to an attorney regarding Employment Related policies and concerns to simply get an opinion from an attorney, even if the situation in question is not a claim.
