Meet Our Team at MPL Risk Insurance | PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, & NC

Our company was founded in 2016 in Bucks County, PA (30 minutes north of Philadelphia). We bring decades of combined insurance experience comprised of insurance brokerage as well as underwriting industry knowledge. We are a full-service Property & Casualty insurance broker, and we pride ourselves on being a one stop shop for our business clients. Our deep industry knowledge allows us to customize unique insurance programs for each business we work with, and this achieves the strongest coverage and great rates. We’re a small part of the overall equation, but we help ensure growth by enabling businesses to take on risks!

We now work with clients in more than ten states. By being able to understand various legal venues, and partnering with local as well as national carriers, allows us to have better insight into market forecasts and changes in insurance rates.

Robert Gleyzer, Owner

Rob is a graduate of Temple University where he obtained his undergraduate degree and also his MBA. He has been working in the insurance industry for over 15 years where he spent time in an underwriting capacity as well as in a sales/advisory role to large healthcare organizations. Prior to starting MPL Risk Insurance, he spent time with CBIZ, Inc. a publicly traded company, where he helped grow the national healthcare practice comprised of physician groups, hospitals, and other medical facilities.

Rob lives in Richboro, PA with his wife, two kids, and a Boston Terrier. He enjoys traveling, cooking, and rooting for all of the Philadelphia major sport teams.

Elizabeth Lombardo, Insurance Agent

Elizabeth, who goes by Bizzie graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, majoring in business. Bizzie has been in the insurance industry since 2017. She started her career at Allstate selling personal lines. While there she obtained her Property & Casualty License and the following year got licensed in Life and Health. Bizzie joined the MPL Risk team in May 2021. She spends her free time with her two daughters and husband. They enjoy frequent family trips to Ocean City, New Jersey.

Gamaliel Rivera, Insurance Agent

Gam is an Insurance Agent at MPL with seven years of insurance experience servicing mid to large-sized commercial accounts. He holds a bachelor's degree in education. He still enjoys the education aspect of his experience by helping clients understand and navigate the complex world of insurance and risk management.

Gam currently resides in Bucks County with his wife, Holly, and their two children, Faith and Joel. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching his son play sports, and attending his daughter's singing events. Gam is heavily involved in his church and has a great passion for serving in his local community.

Heather Murphy, Insurance Agent

Heather grew up in Pennsylvania, where she had also attended school and worked. She began her career as a C.N.A., and worked at a Home Care Agency, and later, at a national Nursing Facility located in Bucks County, PA. She applied her passion for helping others along with an energetic personality every day of her work, and found success in her role for over 10 years. She later transitioned into a Coordinator position at the Nursing Facility where she was able to gain more insight into the operational arm of caregiving.

After having worked in healthcare for several years, she transitioned to an insurance advisory role at MPL Risk’s Healthcare Division. She has been able to apply her first-hand knowledge of the healthcare industry, and clients find her insight invaluable as she helps them navigate the complex world of insurance.
